The apartment is located at Trou-Aux-Biches on the second floor of a villa inhabited permanently by the owners of the establishment and protected by alarm system. The apartment is clear and roomy.

Ideally placed in a very calm and quiet environment it's a haven for those seeking peace and tranquility.

The amenities comprise of a lounge / dining area, a kitchen equipped with cooking facilities and crockery, a relaxation area with TV, two air-conditioned individual rooms, a bathroom with shower (hot water produced by solar heating), an independent toilet, and a large covered balcony. This residence is ideal to make any family feel really at home.

On the first floor, there are 3 independent rooms (with a common toilet and bathroom) that can accomodate couples and individuals who would prefer to explore the island and just having somewhere to freshen up and spend the night. This is let out on an individual basis with the possibility of breakfast on request.

A small swimming pool adjoins the villa that will allow children and adults alike to relax in complete privacy.
